- ①Above 17 years of age up to 27 years old with sufficient baseball experience※
・Minors.................................Parental consent required.
・High school students............ Submission of a Professional Aspirant Notification form required.
・College/University students...Submission of a Professional Aspirant Notification form required.
・Member of society/entity......Permit by the authorized person of a relevant team the Applicant belongs to
・Independent Leaguers Permit and the Application Form by the authorized person of a relevant independent league the Applicant belongs to.
※Please refer to Clause 2 of the "Basic Terms & Conditions" set out below.
We do not accept students currently registered as a member of any of the baseball associations or federations.
②Applicants shall be able to participate both the Preliminary Tryout on the 7th of November and the Final Tryout on the 30th of November, 2019.
③Applicants agrees to be bound by the Basic Terms & Conditions as set out below.

- Article 1.General Provisions
Kabushiki Kaisha WorldTryout (or "the Company") shall act as an organizer to operate a baseball try-out audition on Saturday the 30th of November, 2019 at Meiji Jingu Stadium, by carrying out a selection process to shortlist the players by screening the applicants` documents and by the practical skills examination, and to form a team to try-out for the baseball match against the team consisting of players selected and invited by the Company at its own discretion, as a WorldTryout event (hereinafter called "the Event").
1.2(Treatment of Personal Information)
The Company shall not respond to any individual inquiries concerning the status and/or the result of the selection process.
Clause 2. Application to participate in the Event
2.1 (Eligible Applicants)
The eligible applicants for the Event shall be as set forth below.
(1)Above 17 years of age up to 27 years old with sufficient baseball experience.
(2)Agree to be bound by this Basic Terms & Conditions
2.2 (Application Procedure)
An applicant (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant Players") shall read carefully this Basic Terms & Conditions and fill-in all required items in the Applicant Form to indicate its willingness to participate in the Event. The Application for the Event implies a full acceptance of the Basic Terms & Conditions. This agreement is deemed read and accepted when the Participant Players submit the Application form.
2.3 (Applications by the Minors)
Participant Players of a minor shall obtain a parental consent letter. Upon completion of the application as set out in Clause 2.2, the parent of such minor Participant Player shall duly sign/seal to indicate its consent in a form satisfactory to the Company. The application for the Event shall be deemed complete upon the Company receiving such consent letter.
2.4 (Applications by the High-School Students)
The Participant Players belonging to the High-School Baseball Federation, shall submit a Professional Aspirant Notification Form to the respective High-School Baseball Federation which it belongs to, prior to the day of a practical skills examination, irrespective of whether such Participant Player wishes to enter the professional baseball league or not. The Participant Player recognizes that failure to do so, for whatever the reason, the Company will invalidate such Participant Player`s Application.
Clause 2.5 (Applications by the College/University Students)
The Participant Players belonging to the University Baseball Federation, shall submit a Professional Aspirant Notification Form to the respective University Baseball Federation which it belongs to, prior to the day of a practical skills examination, irrespective of whether such Participant Player wishes to enter the professional baseball league or not. The Participant Player recognizes that failure to do so, for whatever the reason, the Company will invalidate such Participant Player`s Application.
Clause 2.6 (Applications by the Players belonging to the Independent League)
The players belonging to any of the independent leagues, shall duly submit a request to Japan Independent League Association and obtain an approval for applying to participate in the Event. The Participant Player recognizes that failure to do so, for whatever the reason, the Company will invalidate such Participant Player`s Application.
Clause 3 Matters to be Acknowledged and Consented
3.1 (Fees and Expenses)
Any and all out-of-pocket expenses and costs for equipment, transportation and accommodation shall be born and paid on its own by the respective Participant Players. The uniforms to be used at the final tryout at Meiji Jingu Stadium shall be prepared and paid by the Company.
3.2 (Disputes with the relevant Teams)
The Company will not take any responsibilities of and shall be free from any disputes arising out of the Participating Player participating in the Event, against the relevant teams (and/or federations, associations, etc) the Participating Player belongs to.
3.3 (Signing of Participation Agreement)
The Participant Player agrees to sign the Participation Agreement upon passing the practical skills examination. The Participating Player acknowledges in advance that the Company may not admit any Participating Player to participate in the Event, in case the Company is made aware that such Participating Player is not willing to conclude and sign the Participation Agreement.
3.4 (Injuries and Accidents)
The Participant Player agrees to release and to hold harmless the Company from any claim arising out of any injuries and/or accidents to the Participating Player, except in a case where the cause was deemed intentional or was a result of a serious gross negligence by the Company.
3.5 (Disclosure to the Media)
The Participant Player shall acknowledge and consent to disclose its simple profile, such as name and the school it belongs to, which may be made public to the social media which may be assigned to report about this Event.
All disputes arising out of this Basic Terms & Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court.
